Sweet Potato Casserole
2 one pound cans sweet potatos
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Put sweet potatos in casserole dish. Pour orange juice over them. Mix sifted flour, sugar cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter or margarine until the mixture looks like crumbs. Sprinkle this over sweet potatos. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Add marshmallows over top of sweet potatos and broil until light brown.
