Microwave Peanut Brittle Recipes
Microwave Peanut Brittle
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups shelled raw peanuts
1 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix sugar, corn syrup, peanuts & salt in a casserole dish. Microwave at high for 4 minutes. Stir and microwave for 4 more minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients until foaming. Spread as thinly as possible on greased baking sheet. Cool& break into pieces.
