Microwave Fudge
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Mix confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter. Heat in microwave using high power until the butter is melted. This should take around 3 minutes. Stir mixture. Add the vanilla and nuts. Pour into an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Cut into squares when cool.
