Green Bean Cassarole Recipes
Green Bean Casserole 1
3/4 cup milk
2 cans green beans
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups French Fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can chedder cheese soup
Drain green beans and add to cassarole. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake for 40 minutes at 350. Top with 1 cup of the French Fried onions.
Green Bean Casserole 2
1 lb fresh green beans
1/2 green pepper diced
1/4 lb mushrooms
1 medium onion diced
1/3 cup butter
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp horseradish
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Par-boil green beens for 15 minutes. Add to a cassarole along with green pepper, sliced mushroom, and onion. Mix with a spoon. In a sauce pan combine butter, mustard, horseradish, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the green beans. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
