Egg Nog Recipes
Egg Nog Recipe 1
6 eggs
1 1/2 pints heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Seperate eggs. Beat yolks and set aside. Add salt to whites and beat to peaks. Whip the cream until it is stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the yolk mixture, then fold in the egg whites. Chill one hour before serving. Serve with nutmeg sprinkled on top.

1 cup powdered sugar
4 cups whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Separate eggs. Beat the yolks. Gradually beat in the sugar and cream. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
