2 C flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp msg (monosodium glutamate - optional)
4 cups cooking oil
Dip each piece of chicken in the mixture of egg and milk. Next roll the pieces in the mixture of flour salt, pepper and msg. Pour cooking oil into pressure cooker and heat the oil to about 400 degrees. Place the chicken in the pressure cooker. When the steam begins shooting through the pressure release cook for ten minutes.
