Cheesecake Recipes
Cheesecake Recipe 1
1 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp plain gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
4 egg yolks slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
4 egg whites beaten stiff
Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press the mixture into a 9" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake in a 375 oven for 8 minutes. Cool. Soften gelatin in cold water. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, salt and milk in a pan. Cook stirring constantly until mixture coats a spoon. Add gelatin and stir until disolved. Cool slightly. Beat cheese and vanilla with a mixer until light and fluffy. Beat egg mixture in gradually. Stir in egg whites and cream. Pour into the prepared crust. Chill for several hours.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine
3 eggs beaten
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 lb sour half and half
Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and margarine. Press the mixture into a pan. Mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a pan and bake for 40 minutes at 375.
