Cheese Sandwichs
Grilled Cheese Sandwich
2 slices bread
1 - 2 slices cheese
butter or margarine
Butter one side of one slice of bread. Place butter side down in skillet. Place 1 or 2 slices of cheese on top of bread. Add a second slice of bread butter side up. Grill on both sides until golden brown.

Omelet Sandwich

2 slices cheese

1 egg
mushrooms
green peppers
bacon
ham
Place an egg in a skillet. Break the yolk. Fry on both sides. Set aside. Saute your favoriet omelet additions like onion, green pepper, bacon and ham. Set aside. Butter one side of one slice of bread. Place butter side down in skillet. Place 1 slice of cheese on top of bread. Add the egg. Top with your favorite omelet additions. Add a second slice of cheese. Add a second slice of bread butter side up. Grill on both sides until golden brown.
